Minimal Cleaning: This level of move-out clean usually includes extra labor hours on top of whatever time and tasks are required for a regular cleaning. Tasks usually include but are not limited to:
- extra trash removal as desks and cabinets are cleaned out
- vacuuming, dusting and cobweb removal in greater detail once furniture has been removed providing access to previously unreachable spaces
- wiping clean of cabinet/cupboard/drawer interiors
Extensive Cleaning: When a facility needs to be in tip-top shape or has experienced heavy usage, specialty crews and equipment need to be brought in to return the space to an acceptable level of cleanliness. In addition to the tasks from a minimal move-out clean, the following may also be included:
- washing of walls
- cleaning of carpet
- VCT strip and wax
- ceramic tile and other resilient floor machine scrubbing
- window washing
- blind dusting
- restroom deep clean
