On Friday, March 15th, Tedesco Building Services attended the 2019 Shelby Township Business Awards. Hosted by one of the honorees at Antolin Shelby, the Sterling Heights Chamber of Commerce organized the annual awards program to acknowledge the business leaders in five categories within Shelby Township.
Kelly Kosuda from Shelby TV served as emcee for the event who’s speakers included Shelby Township Supervisor, Rick Stathakis, Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce President, Melanie Davis, Utica Communty Schools Superintendent, Dr. Christine Johns, and Macomb County Executive, Mark Hackel.
Rick Stathakis pointed out that four of the five award recipients just opened their doors in 2018 and the fifth recipient had opened only one year prior yet all are already winning accolades within the community. More than $66 million was invested in commercial development within 2018 inside of Shelby Township!
